I did not sleep well last night. I spent too long ironing, taking what I had done from the pile upstairs at 12.10am. I then spent until 1.20am putting my clothes away, putting the children's clothes away, getting ready for bed, and then realising if I didn't tidy away everything the bf had left scattered across the bedroom - then he would surely kill himself when he came in drunk (at 2.15am!). Then came the drunken snoring... I slept in the boys empty bed.
And right now? Well right now my stomach aches, I don't know why. It did yesterday too, but slightly more today - maybe I shouldn't be ignoring it. The problem is, I have volunteering to do tomorrow & Friday, as well as demonstrating at Boots for N2O. Great.
But, overall, it's been a good day. I have indeed found happy moments within the busyness of the day.
- It was beautifully sunny, and I got to walk around Durrell Wildlife Park on my lunch break.
- I got to see George the gibbon, the howler monkeys, the gorillas & the orang's.
- I finally got to see the macaques
