Well, once again I am slow on the uptake of blogging. And again, I think I am going to have to remind you that "I am not good at this"!
I am a student, and as a student, life is spent in front of a computer screen. As an ebook publisher, life is spent (mostly) in front of a computer screen. As a facebook user, using social networking as a tool (and obviously as a time waster, I don't think there will be many who can resist its charms from that), life is spent in front of a computer screen.
Lots of things have happened since the last post, but blown if I can remember them all. So I will think back, and tell you as they come to me - this will not be in any particular order.
Illness has wreaked havoc on the myself and the children. The girl is now in week 7 of this infection, and it is still going, but her antibiotics finished on Sunday (after having to have them changed, as she had a stomach upset from the first lot). The boy is pretty much over it all, but his lasted 7 weeks too and his antibiotics ended last Monday (not yesterday).
For my Broadcasting project (equivalent to 10,000 words and being 40 credits), we are in the process of the group video of the Dewi Sant parade. And, although I missed the editing session due to illness, my lovely children were filmed. I hope they make the final cut!
For my Media Project & Portfolio (equivalent to 10,000 words and being 40 credits), well that is what this blog was started for. Along with A Cuppa and an Armchair books, the Children's books, the website and the facebook page. It is just a case of uploading those books, and then writing everything up.
And there is also finishing off my Media Law and Ethics assignment (5,000 words at 20 credits). But I only have about 2,100 words left to write for that. And my direction is how the fade factor can affect a jury, and the UK laws surrounding that. And how this differs to other countries.
So, on this beautiful sunny, 56 degrees Fahrenheit, day - I am stuck in the university library, wishing I was outside, but currently listening to Guns 'n Roses' Paradise City.
